We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone to our biggest Lead Dev London conference yet. If you’ve been to any of our events before, you'll know that you can expect brilliant content and a friendly atmosphere.
We've gathered frequently asked questions to help everyone get the most out of their conference experience. For anything extra that's happening at the conference, check out the Extras page. If there's anything missing, please let us know.
Our sponsors help make the conference possible - pay them a visit in our sponsor hall to find out what they’re up to. There are lots of awesome products to see, some of our sponsors also have SWAG and competitions for you to enter.
Absolutely, we take our Code of Conduct very seriously. You can read in full here. In short: all conference participants are expected to be respectful towards other attendees, speakers, organisers and staff, in person and online. If you feel uncomfortable with the behaviour of anyone at the conference, please let someone in a pink staff t-shirt know. We will take your concerns seriously and take appropriate action. We reserve the right to ask people to leave if they act against the spirit of this code. If you don't feel comfortable raising concerns in-person, you can contact email or call/text Jo Lankester (Managing Director): [email protected] or +44 (0)7930 433 273.
The conference takes place at the The Barbican Centre, Silk Street Entrance, London, EC2Y 8DS. For help getting there, check out our location page or the venue's website. If you're in London just for the conference, take a look at the Visit London website for things to do.
Registration will open at 8.30am on both days of the conference. Tea, coffee, and pastries will be available in the morning before the first session.
Don't worry if you are running late. Our staff will stay at the registration desk for most of the morning. We’ll let you slip into the auditorium quietly once we've given you your name badge.

At the conference, you'll notice there’s a barcode on your delegate badge. Our sponsors may request your permission to scan your badge so they can get in touch with you after the conference to discuss their products and services. If you agree, the sponsor will receive the following information (if provided when registering your conference ticket): your name, email address, Twitter username, job role, company, company sector, and company size. By allowing our sponsor to scan your badge, you are giving them permission to request this information from us. Please note, we will not give your details to a sponsor unless you approve the request. You are able to unsubscribe from any communications you receive.
